The Fondation Le Support’s anti-harassment policy
Le Support – Fondation de la Déficience Intellectuelle does not tolerate any form of harassment and has adopted a policy to codify expected workplace behaviours.
This policy applies to all people working for the Fondation Le Support, whether they are employees, collaborators, partners or members of the board of directors. It also applies to contracting consultants and suppliers who work with the Fondation.
The Fondation Le Support promotes a working and hosting environment that encourages mutual respect. The organization considers that harassment of any type undermines the dignity and physical or psychological integrity of those who are its target.
